Zeus88 members may withdraw their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• If there is an active bonus in your account that has not yet met the wagering requirements, withdrawals may be held until those requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.

In such cases, zeus88 will contact the member within 24 hours for further verification. Withdrawals confirmed to be linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering may be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each respective promotion.

General terms applicable to all zeus88 bonuses:

• Displaying disruptive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward any party on the zeus88 platform, including during live casino sessions

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses without compensation, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required.

Zeus88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Upon request by the relevant authorities
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure)

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, zeus88 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Should the investigation find no violation, any valid balance will be returned to the member. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the zeus88 support team — any valid account balance will be fully withdrawn within the stipulated timeframe.

Zeus88 shall not be liable under any circumstances for:

• Financial losses resulting from a member's own betting or gaming decisions
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled platform maintenance or technical issues beyond zeus88's control
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to a member's account due to the member's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind

Zeus88's total liability to any member under any circumstances permitted by law shall not exceed the actual amount deposited by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
